The concept of a Mcgriddle makes me want to puke... It's not because it's McDonald's that I say this. If a gourmet chef handed me his/her version of this sandwich, I still wouldn't touch it.

Phil, I hate to break it to you. But the boudin at Joyce's is fucking disgusting. You're the first person I ever talked to that somehow finds it edible. Much less, to have the opinion of it being "good."

Spicy is how I like it. It's what make Legnon's boudin so great. You can actually see the Cayenne Pepper in it.
