Every time I log on and see "General Discussion," I think of this character in a lame military comedy. He would be played by Patrick Gibbens, and he would of course talk way too much to ever get anything done. In the opening credits montage, he would emerge from his office for drill, and huge birds would shit all over him.

Dude, you have to write that movie. I just saw the poster in my mind's eye. It involves Gibbens flustered, arms akimbo, feet kicking up dust in the wind, and wearing a Patton-esque helmet (not to mention, Patton's ensemble) with an arrow through it...and Carlos is there |
